44m Vitters sailing yacht Magic receives major €3.1M price cut

8 July 2026 • Written by Holly Margerrison

The 44.3-metre sailing yacht Magic, listed for sale with Jamie Small of Burgess, has received a €3,100,000 price reduction. She is scheduled to be exhibited by the British brokerage at the 2026 Monaco Yacht Show.

Delivered in 2025 by Vitters, the yacht was built in aluminium to Lloyd's classification and was designed as a high-performance fast-cruising sloop. She pairs naval architecture and exterior styling by Reichel-Pugh Yacht Design with interiors by Design Unlimited in collaboration with Pieter Laureys.

Magic is currently lying in La Ciotat, France, now asking €41,900,000

Spanning 308GT, the yacht places particular emphasis on connecting interior and exterior living spaces. The main saloon is surrounded by expansive glazing, while overhead skylights and retractable glass doors fill the interior with natural light and open directly onto the covered aft cockpit, creating a seamless flow between the two areas. The saloon itself is arranged with a relaxed lounge to starboard and a formal dining area opposite.

Accommodation is for up to 10 guests across five cabins. The full-beam owner's suite occupies the stern and features an en suite bathroom, his-and-hers walk-in wardrobes and a private office. The remaining guest accommodation comprises two double cabins and two twin cabins.

Outside, the sheltered main cockpit is designed for all-weather dining and entertaining, with additional guest space aft. The foredeck is kept uncluttered thanks to a submarine anchor system, while retractable V-bollards – one of Vitters' signature innovations – contribute to the yacht's clean deck aesthetic.

A standout feature is the transom hatch, which folds down to create a generous beach club at the water's edge.

Powered by a 591hp MAN engine, the yacht for sale has a cruising speed of 10 knots, a top speed of 12 knots and a range of 3,000 nautical miles at nine knots.
