The 39.6-metre motor yacht Far Niente has been sold with Boomer Jousma and Vittoria Santarone of The Italian Yacht Group and James Corts of MarineMax representing the seller. Whit Kirtland of Northrop & Johnson introduced the buyer.
Built in GRP by US yard Westport, she is ABS-classed and MCA-certified with delivery in 2014. She was designed by Taylor Olson alongside naval architecture developed by William Garden. Meanwhile, her interiors were penned by Westport and Amy Halffman Designs, receiving her most recent refit in 2022 and maintained by the same owner since delivery.
The layout is well-proven for this type of yacht, and the interior is described as "classic, comfortable and functional". The main saloon is open-plan to the dining room with enough space to seat all 10 guests on board.
Accommodation is for a party of 10 across five cabins. The full-beam master is located forward on the main deck and features a private study and his-and-hers en suite laced in white marble. Two VIP king-sized double suites and two twin cabins are found on the lower deck. She also accommodates up to eight crew.
The welcoming skylounge features large windows, an electric fireplace, comfortable seating, a service bar and an entertainment system. The deck invites guests to enjoy a board game, socialise or take in the views.
The aft deck offers a 10-seater dining table, a full wet bar and a large television screen. A highlight on board includes a covered al fresco dining table on the flybridge sundeck, where a spa pool benefits from commanding views forward.
