Michael Mahan at Worth Avenue Yachts sends word that he's listed the 39.62 metre motor yacht JW for sale again.

JW was built in fibreglass by US superyacht yard Westport with a modified V hull and was delivered in 2008. A spacious aft deck has a bar and television and a surround sound system, making for idyllic alfresco entertaining and dining. Leading on from there forward through counter-balanced stainless steel sliding doors is the large saloon with luxurious sofas, a 50 inch HDTV television screen and formal dining for 10 guests. Another feature is a Kaleidescape system with Crestron controls for video and audio on demand.

A generous layout with raised panel mahogany accommodates 10 guests in five staterooms. The on-deck master suite forward has a king sized bed and his and hers en suite bathrooms, while below two mirror-image VIP staterooms come with king sized beds and full en suite bathroom facilities. The fourth and fifth cabins are twin-bedded with en suite shower rooms.

JW has always been privately used and never chartered. Twin 2,735hp MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 20 knots and a maximum speed of 25 knots.

Lying in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, JW is asking $9,995,000.
