It's yet another sale as Michael Mahan at Worth Avenue Yachts confirms he's sold the 34.75m motor yacht Cortina, jointly listed with Bob O'Brien at Camper & Nicholsons, in an in-house deal.

Built in aluminium by Newcastle Shipyards to ABS class and MCA compliant in 2010, she offers accommodation for eight guests in a master suite, VIP stateroom and two twin cabins while twin 2,000hp MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 13 knots.

Special features include the master suite on the main deck, a custom interior by Hodgdon Yachts, an elevator and a fully enclosed aft deck with air conditioning and heating. There is also easy access to the swim platform with shower.

Cortina was asking $11,950,000.
