Alloy Yachts signs contract for new 44m motor yacht

Alloy Yachts have signed a contract for a new 44m displacement motor yacht. The project, known as AY54, will be the first time the customer and his team have built with Alloy Yachts.

To be built to a design by Sam Sorgiovanni, AY54 will have an interior designed by Justin Redman of Redman, Whiteley, Dixon. Delivery of the motor yacht is scheduled for late 2014.

Alloy Yachts currently have three yachts under construction: only months away from launching is AY44, a Rene Van Der Velden designed expedition-style motor yacht.

In the early months of 2013 the Dubois designed Encore will be launched for repeat customers who decided to upgrade their classic 1991 Dubois/Alloy sloop with a larger and more modern version.

Near the end of 2013 will see the second 57m Mondango sailing ketch roll out of the yard.
