Project Light: Antonini Navi releases 63m yacht concept in collaboration with Nauta

13 November 2025 • Written by Dea Jusufi

Italian yard Antonini Navi has released a new, 63.5-metre concept in collaboration with Milan-based studio Nauta. Known as Project Light 63M, the design was based on the yard's conversations with brokers and yacht owners, which revealed a "sharp increase" in demand for yachts over 500GT.

Nauta was selected for its "vast experience" in the industry, including work on Lürssen's 180.6-metre Azzam and 142.1-metre Dragonfly, as well as the 88.4-metre Feadship yacht Zen. Naval architecture is owed to Arrabito Naval Architects, with Giovanni Arrabito personally overseeing the design.

"We have known [Antonini Navi] for some time, so when they approached us, we took it with enthusiasm," explained Mario Pedol, co-founder of Nauta, during the concept's official presentation in Monaco. "We believe they have a great background of entrepreneurship and they are building up this facility with all the right points and skills in place."

The crew have direct access to the lower-deck guest cabins, with service areas on all decks to reduce traffic in the communal spaces

The exterior of Project Light 63M is characterised by "continuous architectural lines" and balanced proportions, including an alternation between glazed and opaque surfaces. Indoor-outdoor connection is, naturally, an important consideration, as is the efficiency and discretion of guest and crew flows. For example, the beach club with spa has two dedicated entrances and can be opened up on three sides, maintaining continuity with the sea while ensuring privacy.

The owner's apartment and VIP cabin also feature private outdoor terraces, while the gym is located in a panoramic position that benefits from natural light on three sides and a skylight.

Key specs include a beam of 10.9 metres and a volume of approximately 1,180GT

Interiors take inspiration from a "contemporary Mediterranean aesthetic", incorporating natural materials, warm tones and light-coloured surfaces. According to the yard, the combination of built-in elements and freestanding furniture creates a "harmonious, relaxing and functional space", with the opportunity for customisation.

According to BOATPro, Antonini Navi has two yachts currently under construction and nearing their launch date: the Seamore 34, the first model in its semi-custom steel and aluminium series, and the EVO 31, a full-custom motor yacht commissioned by an experienced owner.
