Baglietto signs order for first 35m DOM 115 hull

Baglietto has signed an order for the build of the first hull in its DOM 115 range. The 35-metre motor yacht was sold by Y.CO and is scheduled for delivery in May 2025.

The model builds on the success of the Italian shipyard's bestselling DOM 133 range and shares the same distinctive design as its sporty big sister, with exterior styling by Stefano Vafiadis

The steel-hulled yacht is the second Baglietto sold by Y.CO in less than 12 months. Max Bulley, of the Y.CO sales team, said: "The new Baglietto DOM 115 packs all the features of a much larger yacht into a platform which uses space intelligently and efficiently. The variety of areas is very impressive."

The 115 follows in the footsteps of the 133, which has sold eight units

An entry-level addition to the line, the yacht offers accommodation for up to 12 guests in five cabins and seven crew. The DOM 115 deliberately connects interior and exterior spaces, with a sliding glass door, which can be completely opened and concealed, separating the saloon from the aft deck and floor-to-ceiling windows.

The DOM 115 also has impressive exterior spaces, with an upper deck lounge encased in glass, which can open on all three sides. There is another dining area on the bridge deck aft, while the main deck features a generously sized pool.

The model was presented for the first time at a sales event in Fort Lauderdale in April earlier this year. "We embarked upon this project to meet many requests from clients who had appreciated the core strengths of the DOM 133, but were looking for a smaller yacht," explained Baglietto's CCO Fabio Ermetto at the launch. "This new model perfectly meets current market needs and allows us to offer a steel and aluminium model boasting truly unique features in the superyacht segment, too."

The yacht will feature Twin MAN V8 engines that will allow top speeds of 14.5 knots.
