The 40.8 metre Tosun, the eighth unit in Benetti’s popular Oasis 40M series, has been launched by Benetti at its facilities in Livorno.
The unit was sold by Burgess in the first quarter of 2022, and will now be used privately by her owner following delivery later this year.
The Oasis 40M is one of Benetti’s distinctive models, with key features including a wide-open aft deck with unfolding bulwarks, a glass-fronted dip pool and an alfresco lounge area. The combination of features creates an oasis-like living area where guests can feel even closer to the water.
Not to be left out, the model’s sundeck is also replete with amenities, including a Jacuzzi, sunpads, a dining area and a BBQ.
Highlighting the yacht’s crowd-pleasing design, the first model of this series, Rebeca, won a World Superyacht Award in 2021 in the 40 metre and above category.
The yacht’s exterior design comes from RWD, while her elegant interiors are the work of Bonetti / Kozerski architecture. A neutral colour palette and a wealth of curves on the interior give these models a refined, sophisticated on board ambience.
Accommodation is offered for up to 11 guests in five cabins, alongside space for a crew of seven.
It comes after the first in the entry-level Oasis series, a Benetti Oasis 34M named Seaesta was launched in May.
