Away from the racecourse, participants have been offered the opportunity to explore the ancient archaeological site of Despotiko. The guided experience forms part of the regatta's ongoing commitment to celebrating the cultural heritage of the Cycladic islands alongside world-class sailing.
Registration is under way for the 2026 Cyclades Cup as owners, captains and crew gather in Antiparos ahead of three days of racing in the Aegean Sea. This year's fleet brings together 21 sailing yachts ranging from performance-focused carbon-fibre racers to classic schooners, with organisers expecting another competitive edition of the regatta.
This year's fleet includes a strong mix of returning competitors and first-time entrants. Returning yachts such as Aiolos, Almyra II, Meliti, Nommo and Nostromo are joined by notable newcomers including Perseus, Mari-Cha III, Windrose of Amsterdam, Inoui and Vantanera. With the fleet capped at 25 entries, organisers have assembled one of the strongest line-ups in the event's history.
