Ocean King's 36.8 metre Ducale 120 yacht is preparing for her technical launch and sea trials at Ocean King's Venice shipyard.
The full displacement explorer-style superyacht is scheduled for delivery in early 2023.
The Ducale 120 is designed inside and out by VYD Studio and features a steel hull, aluminium superstructure and bulbous bow. Engineering work is by Ginton Naval Architects and Studio inNave.
A 334GT interior includes accommodation for 10 guests across a main deck, full-beam master cabin plus two twins and two doubles on the lower deck. The crew accommodation is for a total of seven and includes a dedicated captain’s cabin on the upper deck next to the wheelhouse.
Spread across four decks, the Ducale 120 has a beam of 8.5 metres. Onboard highlights include full-height, slide-open windows in the main saloon and a side-loading tender garage on the starboard side of the lower deck which can accommodate a tender of six metres.
The yacht offers 250 square metres of exterior deck space for her guests to enjoy, including an open beach club fitted with a seawater pool. There is a second pool on the sundeck, which is heated and sits in close proximity to sun beds and a bar.
Powered by traditional diesel engines, the Ducale 120 will have a top speed of 14 knots and a range of 5,500 nautical miles.
Alongside the Ducale 120, the yard also has a model called the DOGE GT 400 in the works. The unit has been sold and delivery is expected in 2023.
