83m Feadship Project 712 spotted on transport

18 January 2023• Written by Brooke Murphy

After exiting the construction shed earlier this week, the hull and superstructure of Feadship’s 82.9 metre Project 712 have been spotted on the move to the yard's Aalsmeer site to complete outfitting. The yacht travelled over 85 kilometres through the Dutch waterways by tug.

The steel and aluminium yacht was rolled out of the shed in Papendrecht on Sunday 15 and moved to a secondary site while she waited to be transported.

The yacht's naval architecture comes from de Voogt, while the interiors are understood to be by Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design.

Little is known about the sub-2,000 GT yacht, but initial images indicate a plumb bow, unfolding terraces in the beach club and a forward-loading tender garage.

According to BOATPro, the superyacht joins 19 other projects in build or on order at Feadship, four of which due to be delivered this year, including the 118 metre Project 1010.

Project 712 is due to be delivered in 2024.
