Further details revealed on in-build Aegean flagship yacht for sale

Yacht brokerage firm Northrop & Johnson has released new details about Aegean Yacht's in-build flagship superyacht. Currently under construction at the Turkish yard's new build facilities, the 66-metre project was first unveiled to the industry in 2016 as Project Haifa and now joins the market (asking $25,500,000) with her hull and superstructure already completed. Delivery is expected in 28 months from contract signing.

Istanbul-based designer Turhan Soyaslan is responsible for the full custom yacht's exterior design, with Red Yacht Design behind the interiors. According to the yard, the flagship combines "architectural might with a relaxed Mediterranean aesthetic", offering "bold proportions and boundless potential" on board a yacht built for global cruising.

In terms of amenities, Project Haifa's expected volume of 1,326GT is set to offer helicopter capability, a pool-clad sundeck and a generous tender garage, all alongside extensive multi-level lounging and entertaining spaces. Her broker described the yacht as an "open canvas" for interior customisation, however, with Project Haifa capable of offering spa areas, cinemas, gyms, offices or wellness spaces tailored to the owner's lifestyle.

Accommodation on board is also flexible, although the current proposal offers an eight-cabin layout for 16 guests, including two master suites – one full-beam on the main deck and one amidships on the lower deck – and two main-deck guest cabins. Quarters on the lower deck accommodate 19 crew.

Long-range cruising is also a highlight of the new build's design, with a projected top speed of 15 knots, a cruising speed of 11 knots and a range of 5,000 nautical miles. Current key specs include a beam of 12 metres and a draught of 3.5 metres.

Alongside Project Haifa, Aegean Yacht has one other yacht under construction, according to BOATPro: the 41-metre Project Obsidian Blade, which hit the headlines for her unconventional cryptocurrency sale in February 2025.
