Italian yard Baglietto has announced the sale of the fourth unit from its 34.5-metre DOM115 line. The announcement comes only a week after the shipyard celebrated the third sale from the same Stefano Vafiadis-designed series.
“This new contract, concluded so shortly after the previous one, is a clear signal of the market’s trust in the vision and strength of the DOM range, and of the DOM115 in particular,” said Baglietto's chief commercial officer, Fabio Ermetto.
The model will follow the first from the series, which hit the water in July this year, with four units total from the line now in build. Like the second unit from the series, Vafiadas will also be responsible for the bespoke interior styling on board the new build, which the yard said will be penned to reflect the owner’s personal lifestyle.
The DOM115 stands as Baglietto's entry-level model of the DOM family, said to build on the success of the larger DOM133 line with a sporty and elegant profile adorned with the same "fluid, distinctive lines".
Steel and aluminium comprise the DOM115, with model highlights including seamless indoor-outdoor living and panoramic decks. Features include retractable main deck saloon doors and floor-to-ceiling windows, with the main and upper decks fully glazed and able to be opened on three sides. The aft deck, with its large infinity pool, descends over three levels to the water, offering plenty of space thanks to the smart side tender garage.
Ermetto added: “We are thrilled by the enthusiastic response from our clients, as it underscores the enduring appeal of our yachts and validates our strategic decision to focus on steel construction with a high level of customisation in a market segment largely dominated by GRP and standardised production approach.”
According to the yard, the sale now marks its seventh contract signed this year. Exclusive data from BOATPro revealed that Baglietto currently has 17 yachts on order or under construction, including three 60-metre Baglietto T60 models.
