Keel laid on 46m Dubois motor yacht at Feadship - De Vries

7 February 2012 • Written by Malcolm MacLean

The keel laying ceremony for Dubois design 368 took place yesterday at De Vries shipyard; Malcolm McKeon of Dubois Naval Architects began the weld on the 46m motor yacht now in build at Feadship.

Due for launch in 2013, she has an efficient, semi-displacement hull with a long waterline, featuring full-length side decks and glazed side panels in the bulwarks to give the owner’s cabin uninterrupted views.

The big fixed hardtop with sliding side screens is a signature feature, along with huge hull windows for the four guest cabins below. Interior design is by Redman Whiteley Dixon.
