The first hull from Majesty Yachts' 45.3-metre Majesty 145 yacht model, Suzie Q, has departed the yard's build sheds in Umm Al Quwain, UAE, and is now en route to Europe.
The update follows the yacht's exclusive guest preview and sea trials in May, which came a month after she was launched in April. The new build is set to make her European debut at "leading boat shows across the continent" in 2027.
A mid-range entry in the Gulf Craft brand's superyacht series, the Majesty 145 represents the first in a "new generation of Majesty superyachts", bookended in size by the 32.3-metre Majesty 100 Terrace and the 54.4-metre Majesty 175. Longstanding Gulf Craft collaborator, Cristiano Gatto Design collaborated with the yard on the exterior and interiors of the model - also behind the brand's flagship, Serenity MRF.
The model was designed around wellbeing and longevity and features expansive social spaces with a range of wellness amenities, including dual infinity-style pools, a fully equipped upper-deck gym and a spa area with an infrared sauna. Accommodation is across a six-cabin layout.
“The Majesty 145 is a celebration of the entire team behind her," said Mohammed Hussein Alshaali, chairman of Gulf Craft, at the yacht's preview earlier this year. "Every detail reflects the dedication of our designers, engineers, craftsmen, project managers, production teams and everyone who contributed to bringing this yacht to life. For me, this moment is about recognising the people who continue to carry our standards forward and show what can be achieved from the UAE.”
Beyond design, the Majesty 145 integrates advanced technical solutions, including a heat recovery system that provides fuel-efficient hot water and climate control, an advanced water mist fire suppression system and a certified lithium battery storage and charging system for onboard water toys.
Also speaking at the preview, Erwin Bamps, chief executive officer of Gulf Craft, highlighted the impact of the new build as a representation of the UAE's manufacturing growth: “The Majesty 145 demonstrates the resilience, ambition and technical capability that exist within our industry, and our ability to compete on the global stage alongside the world’s finest yacht builders.”
As a semi-custom model, the Majesty 145 is offered with multiple configurations across the stern, bow and upper decks, allowing owners to personalise their yacht to their individual preferences. Key specs include an 8.1-metre beam, a draught of 2.2 metres and a volume of 499GT.
Following her delivery, Suzie Q will be available for charter with Aqua Marine.
According to BOATPro, Gulf Craft has seven yachts on order or under construction, the largest of which is the first unit in the 50-metre Majesty 160 series, due for delivery next year.
