Italian builder Mondomarine, a Palumbo Superyachts’ brand, has revealed a new line of superyachts.
The Discovery line will blend the characteristics of explorer and “shuttle style yachts” and includes four models of varying lengths; a 43 metre, 50 metre, 57 metre and 75 metre.
The first aluminium and steel model is the Discovery 57, which was designed by Luca Dini Design.
The yard said the model, which sports “contemporary lines”, captures a “sober elegance” and a “sporty and dynamic look.”
Key exterior details include a “blue petroleum” hull colour, which was chosen by the design team for its ability “to blend in perfectly with the sea”, the yard said.
The Discovery 57 also features two flush-deck pools, one on the main deck and one on the fly deck, as well as a large beach club aft. Ample windows will allow natural light into the interior while two Jet Skis will be stored on the foredeck.
The model is also available in two different main deck layouts. One dedicates the whole forward section to the master cabin, while the other accompanies the master with an extra VIP cabin on the starboard side.
Additional accommodation for eight guests sits on the lower deck, while the crew accommodation, comprising six staff cabins and a captain’s cabin, is located on the upper deck.
