Word comes from Roy Sea at International Yacht Collection that he's offering a significant price reduction on the 47.85m motor yacht Lady Janet.

Built by US superyacht yard Christensen in 2007 to ABS class, and refitted in 2011, Lady Janet is an evolution of the yard's 157' custom series. She is MCA compliant, and the interior theme is one of comfort and elegance throughout.

The main saloon offers formal dining for 12 guests with large windows giving superb views out to sea, and she has a large aft deck with shaded areas for al fresco dining.

Lady Janet has accommodation for up to 16 guests in six staterooms. The master suite, forward on the main deck, has a king size bed, walk-in wardrobes, and a his-and-hers en suite bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi tub. Below decks is a full beam VIP stateroom and two double and two twin cabins – all with entertainment systems and full en suite bathroom facilities.

With twin 1,800hp MTU engines, her a cruising speed is 16 knots and her maximum speed is 19 knots. She can be adapted to carry a helicopter on her aft deck.

Lying in Florida, Lady Janet is now asking $23,900,000.
