First look inside second Tankoa Sportiva 55 yacht Loewe

2 October 2025 • Written by Dea Jusufi

Italian yard Tankoa Yachts has offered a first look inside the second unit in its Sportiva 55 series, named Loewe

The sistership to Rose, which celebrated her technical launch this April, Loewe was debuted at this year's Monaco Yacht Show, with a private launch party by audio specialists Loewe hosted earlier that month. The exclusive event was to celebrate a new limited edition range of headphones, with the likes of professional French footballer, Kylian Mbappé, enjoying the festivities on board.

Loewe is now available for charter with Ocean Independence across the Mediterranean.

Exterior design comes from Italian designer Luca Dini and condenses a variety of stand-out features into a sub-500GT package. A charter-friendly highlight is the beach club, distinguished by a spa, an infinity pool and a semi-submerged window (coined the "sealine window") for underwater viewing.

"With Loewe, our goal was to push the personality of the Tankoa 55 even further," explained Dini. "We wanted to emphasise fluidity and character while maintaining the sophistication and quiet strength that are central to our design philosophy. The result is a yacht that is visually dynamic and emotionally engaging."

Interior design has been provided by the owner's team, with imagery revealing a neutral, contemporary aesthetic that makes use of a cream and grey colour palette, low-profile furniture and hammered metallic ceilings for visual interest. The yacht has a six-cabin layout, comprising five guest cabins on the lower deck and a main-deck master cabin with a private indoor-outdoor terrace and a Jacuzzi.

Additional al fresco spaces include the sundeck, arranged with another pool, a bar and a sunbathing area, and the foredeck, which is fitted with another sunpad. The bow design enables tenders and toys to be placed forward in an open but hidden tender bay.

An internal elevator serves all decks, while a galley can be found on the main deck.

The Italian shipyard currently has nine yachts on order or under construction, the largest of which is the T650 Apache, which measures 56 metres.
