Italian builder Tecnomar has revealed renderings for a 39.8 metre EVO 130 Hard Top. Sporting the exterior stylings of The Italian Sea Group’s Gian Marco Campanino, the model is an evolution of the Tecnomar EVO 120.

The EVO 130 will be built in aluminium and is “construction-ready” according to the shipyard. The new range is described as "ultra-modern" and a "breath of fresh air" in sports yachts design.

Speaking about the EVO 130, Campanino said: “Her design is the expression of the brand’s DNA at its best – sportiness with an ultra-modern style. It was inspired by the automotive world; sculptural body lines and fluidity.”

The EVO 130 will sleep up to 12 guests in six cabins comprising of a dedicated owner’s cabin and five doubles.

Although details remain slim, the yacht’s interiors are set to feature “thin leathers, technical microfibre upholsteries and ergonomic built-in furniture pieces”, according to Campanino.

The model will include a spacious sun lounge forward on the main deck, with a luxurious beach club and tender garage aft. Stairs lead up to shaded terrace aft of the dining and living rooms, a bar and a galley.

Twin V12-1800hp diesel engines will provide the EVO 130 with an estimated top speed of 19 knots, a cruising speed of 17 knots and a range of 2,000 nautical miles.

This comes after the yard launched the fourth unit in the smaller EVO 120 series in December 2021.
