Turkish shipyard Turquoise Yachts has provided a construction update on its new 75 metre superyacht.
The yacht, known as Project NB69, has now been moved from Turquoise’s Kocaeli facility to its Istanbul yard for outfitting and the completion of the interior. It remains on track for a late 2021 delivery. It comes as the yard announced the project had been sold by Fraser.
NB69's exterior is designed by A.Vallicelli & C. Yacht Design while the 1680GT interior is penned by Sinot Yacht Architecture and Design in a first time collaboration with the yard. Key features on board include a full 14.2 metre beam beach club, which opens aft to the swimming pool and has platforms to the sea on both the port and starboard sides.
The central tender garage can accommodate a 9.6 metre limousine tender as well a guest tender, rescue/ crew tender and multiple Jet Skis. Elsewhere, the yacht features a sky lounge gym on the sun deck, which features 360 degree views.
The upper deck touch and go helipad is accessible from the owner’s private exterior area, which features an outdoor dining area and a Jacuzzi.
Accommodation is for 12 guests including the owner’s suite and five guest suites. The crew accommodation meanwhile consists of one captain’s cabin, 10 double crew cabins and one convertible hospital/ massage cabin.
Power will come from twin Caterpillar 3516C engines for a top speed of 17 knots.
