Carla Guilhem Design and Kristian Pascoli Studio announce global yacht design collaboration

Two of the superyacht world’s creative forces, Carla Guilhem Design and Pascoli International, have announced a new partnership that promises to merge Italian precision with Brazilian flair – and bridge three of yachting’s most influential capitals: Miami, Monaco and Rome.

The collaboration, unveiled during an intimate cocktail event at ZZ’s Club in Miami on 27 October, brings together Carla Guilhem’s sculptural, emotion-driven interiors with Kristian Pascoli’s refined exterior lines and naval architecture. The result is a holistic approach to yacht design that seeks to blur the boundaries between inside and out, form and feeling.

“Kristian brings a rare sensitivity to form and proportion,” says Carla Guilhem, founder and creative director of Carla Guilhem Design. “Together, we can translate that precision into interiors that feel timeless and human – design that breathes emotion into structure.”

For Kristian Pascoli, the collaboration represents a meeting of minds as much as disciplines. “Working with Carla and her team opens a new dimension of creativity,” he says. “Our work unites architecture and art, discipline and feeling – a shared language of beauty and performance.”

With studios anchored across the Mediterranean and the Americas, the partnership establishes a new global design network connecting artisans, shipyards and specialists. The aim: to offer yacht owners and developers a fully integrated creative journey from concept to completion.

This follows the news earlier this year that Carla Guilhem unveiled a new design studio in Rome. Positioned at the intersection of craftsmanship, innovation and emotion, the Guilhem–Pascoli alliance signals a forward-thinking chapter for contemporary yacht design.
