Whilst there was one fewer boat ordered this year, the 2015 Global Order Book does reveal that the total length of superyachts under construction has increased. Like last year, the historic yards have more orders and we have a record number of very, very large superyachts in build. With 734 yachts on the order books, the average size of superyachts under construction is 41 metres.
