Spirit Yachts, a shipyard originating from Suffolk in England, announced a new management and ownership structure to accompany the company's 30th year.
As part of the transition, Spirit Yachts is benefitting from the injection of significant capital from a group of new majority owners. The funds are aimed at strengthening future business growth as the company prepares to face industry challenges such as staff shortages, supply chain difficulties and the need to remain agile due to uncertainty stemming from global events.
