Turquoise Yachts founding partners Mehmet Karabeyoğlu and Necdet Salgür step down

Turquoise Yachts has announced that its founding partners, Mehmet Karabeyoğlu and Necdet Salgür, are stepping back from their management and shareholding positions to pursue personal interests beyond the brand. 

The pair have decided to collectively "pass the torch" to majority shareholder MB Holding, an Omani engineering company that acquired a controlling stake in the Turkish shipyard in 2014. The shipyard was founded in 1997.
