Brokerage market slows considerably heading into 2023

Brokerage activity saw a moderate decline in sales during the first month of 2023, with 32 yachts sold for a collective value of €153.3 million, according to the latest data from BOATPro. 

This represents a 36 per cent decline in the number of sales recorded in December 2022 – down from 50 – and resulted in a 74 per cent decline in the cumulative sales value from €592 million.
