The rolling, green hills of Speyside, Scotland, welcomed a select group of Owners' Club members for an exclusive experience at The Macallan Estate in August. The ultimate pilgrimage for lovers of single malts, the spectacular distillery hosted the group for a day of tasting and dining – including a special seven-course tasting menu in the evening, accompanied by a few drams of some very rare casks.
Guests started the day at the Speyside Cooperage to discover the art of coopering, before heading to The Macallan Estate for the unique whisky experience led by single malt specialists.
In the evening, guests had the entire distillery to themselves for the tasting menu, featuring local flavours curated by Michelin-starred chefs.
