The 48.8-metre motor yacht No Bad Ideas has joined the market with Ralp Raulin and Mark Osterhaven of Worth Avenue Yachts.
The all-aluminium yacht was delivered in 2000 by American shipyard Trinity Yachts and had a $20,000,000 refit over two years, according to the brokers. With works completed in 2024, the brokers also pointed out that the owner would consider selling a 50 per cent ownership share.
With six staterooms, she accommodates 12 guests with both the master and VIP cabins being on the main deck. Two of the four lower-deck cabins can be converted to twin cabins. Her main saloon, with floor-to-ceiling windows aft, is open-plan and includes a 12-seater dining table forward.
The opulent interior design was by A La Mer, who also turned their hand to the exterior and installed a fire pit in the seating area forward of the bridge. A ten-person Jacuzzi was added to the sundeck and a second Jacuzzi, of equal size, added to the three-metre stern extension which sports umbrellas and a shower.
The 488GT, ABS-classed yacht for sale is powered by twin 2,250hp Caterpillar diesels giving her a top speed of 22 knots and cruising speed of 12.5 knots.
No Bad Ideas is lying in Fort Lauderdale, USA, with an asking price of $21,900,000.
