Clifford Allenby at Allenby & Associates sends news of a $1 million price drop on his joint listing for sale with Worth Avenue Yachts, the 42.9 metre motor yacht La Sirena.

Built to ABS class by US superyacht yard Christensen, La Sirena was delivered in 2000 and underwent an extensive refit and upgrade in 2013.

A large, open plan main saloon has a full bar and motorised 106 inch cinema-style projector screen. There is also a separate formal dining room with a Honduran mahogany table seating eight guests, and a country style galley has built in seating for eight. Accommodation is for up to nine guests in a master suite plus three guest staterooms, all with en suite bathroom facilities, as well as spacious crew quarters.

A huge flybridge offers an excellent venue for al fresco cocktails and dining with a bar, fridge, icemaker, barbecue, 50 inch drop down television screen and a spa pool with water jet massagers. Twin 1,800hp MTU engines give her a transatlantic range of 4,000 nautical miles.

Now down to $9,995,000, La Sirena is available for inspection at next month's Fort Lauderdale boat show.
