10% price cut on motor yacht Emerald Lady at Northrop & Johnson Asia

Bart Kimman of Northrop & Johnson Asia sends me news of a $500,000 price drop on the 35m motor yacht Emerald Lady.

Built by Lloyds Ships in 1983, she was completely refitted in 2008 to a very high specification for an experienced owner. She comfortably accommodates eight guests in four cabins, has a helicopter touch-and-go facility and lots of toy options. Twin 480hp Cummins give her a range of 3,000 nautical miles.

Lying in Brisbane, Australia, Emerald Lady is down from $5 million to $4.5 million.
