The 45 metre motor yacht Fathom, listed for sale by Anton Farber at Yachting Partners International, has had a price reduction of €1,000,000.

Fathom was built in steel and aluminium by Miss Tor Yachts and Sea Dreams with delivery in 2007 and has been continuously upgraded since delivery, including a fresh paint job in 2010. Her award winning interior design by Zeff Design of New York incorporates a blend of contemporary and boutique hotel styles and great attention to detail.

Fathom is now asking €4,000,000

The main saloon features a décor of silk wall panels and has an entertainment system including a large screen television along with a full-beam dining area offering formal dining for up to ten guests on seating upholstered in soft leathers and fine silks. Al fresco entertaining is available on the huge upper aft deck offering comfortable seating and coffee tables.

MCA compliant, she can accommodate up to eight guests in four cabins. The master suite is on the main deck and is full beam, featuring a large walk-in dressing room and spa-style luxury bathroom. There are two VIP suites and one twin cabin on the lower deck, all with en-suite bathroom facilities and all with access to the central Kaleidescape server containing more than 400 films. In addition, her broker says there is easily enough room on board to convert Fathom into a five-cabin yacht.

The sun deck of this yacht for sale has a gym, sunshade, barbecue, Jacuzzi, and sun loungers. Twin 800hp MAN engines give her a range of 3,000 nautical miles at a cruising speed of ten knots and she is fitted with Quantum zero-speed stabilisers.

Lying in Antibes, Fathom is now asking €4,000,000.
