The 24.7-metre Cheoy Lee motor yacht Chaser has returned to the brokerage market, now listed for sale with Chris Carroll of Atlantic Yacht & Ship.
Built in GRP by the Chinese shipyard to a design by Tom Fexas, who also developed her naval architecture, Chaser was delivered in 1998 and most recently refitted between 2019 and 2021, followed by a fresh wax and engine room repaint in October this year.
She is described by her broker as a "generous space" ideal for "intimate gatherings and larger celebrations", thanks to a "thoughtful layout and design".
Chaser's interior was designed by Melody Savio, who chose an open-plan layout for the main saloon, which maintains a cosy feel thanks to an electric fireplace facing a white bench sofa.
The aft galley kitchen is decked out in white marble with rich wooden panelling on the walls and adjacent spiral staircase. A breakfast bar and central island are ideal for relaxed dining and intimate entertaining.
Accommodation is for eight guests in four cabins. A standout feature of the owner's cabin is the en-suite bathroom, which features a large granite shower with a fish-scale wall design and his-and-hers sinks.
Completing the accommodation layout are a VIP with a queen-sized bed, a double and a twin cabin, all with entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities.
Chaser's aft deck has been configured for al fresco dining thanks to the addition of built-in upholstered seating, a glass-topped table and chairs.
The pilothouse sits forward and features a large sofa and granite countertop, while the above flybridge boasts custom wrap-around seating and a low table.
A wet bar, electric grill and fridge complete the space, while storage for a tender/davit sits aft.
The yacht for sale is powered by Caterpillar 3412 inboard engines, reaching a cruising speed of 19 knots and a maximum speed of 24 knots.
Lying in The Bahamas, Chaser is asking $1,150,000.
