The 29 metre motor yacht Vita XL, listed for sale by Frank Grzeszczak Jr at IYC, has had a $1,000,000 price reduction.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Maiora, Vita XL was delivered in 2016 and remains in as-new condition. Her interior fuses a contemporary blend of light woods and white and grey furnishings to accommodate 10 guests in four cabins. These consist of a full beam master suite, VIP suite and two twins plus two Pullman berths and all have entertainment centres, television screens and en suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there are quarters for four crew aboard this yacht for sale.
The full beam saloon has teak floorboards, comfortable settees to port and starboard, a bar and an entertainment centre including a large flatscreen television and a stereo surround sound system. Forward is a formal dining area with seating for eight guests.
However, the emphasis on this yacht is on outdoor living and her aft deck offers a table, chairs and built in upholstered seating, while up on the flybridge more al fresco relaxation and dining is available on built in seating, a table and a full bar, plus there are sun loungers for dedicated sunbathers. The foredeck offers yet more sun pads while twin 1,925hp Caterpillar diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 25 knots maxing out at 29 knots.
Lying in South Florida, Vita XL is now asking $5,900,000.
