$2M price drop on explorer yacht Prometej

The converted 45 metre explorer yacht Prometej, listed for sale by Marco Vandoni at Ocean Independence, has had a $2,000,000 price reduction.
Prometej was built in steel by Romanian yard Galatzi Cant Santiebul and delivered in 1957 as an ocean-going tug with an ice strengthened hull. She had a thorough conversion in 2005 to turn her into a go-anywhere expedition superyacht.
A minimalist interior with touches of ethnic décor accommodates 12 guests in a master suite on the upper deck, a VIP suite and three double cabins on the main deck plus two twin cabins below, all with en suite bathroom facilities.
A large saloon has comfortable seating, an entertainment centre and formal dining with seating for 12 guests while the part-sheltered aft deck offers a large area for al fresco entertaining and dining. Up on the sun deck are loungers, sun pads and a dining table and chairs sheltered from the sun by an awning.
This yacht for sale also a Bose stereo surround sound system and WiFi internet access in all guest areas. Additional features include the fact that she is now RINA classed, MCA compliant and has a gymnasium, steam room and hot tub to provide ultimate relaxation.
Twin 1,000hp Mitsubishi engines give her a range of 3,200 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 12 knots. Prometej also comes complete with two tenders and a range of water toys.
Located in Rimini, Italy, Prometej is down from $8 million to $6 million.
