Y.CO has reduced the price of a 30 metre x 7 metre berth in Port Vauban, Antibes by €55,000.

The marina at Port Vauban is thought to be the only natural yachting harbour that has been in use since the Roman Empire and is now home to more than 100 yachts over 23 metres. The largest marina, by tonnage, in the Mediterranean it is located in the heart of the French Riviera and is also home to the Yacht Club d'Antibes.

Berth for sale in Port Vauban

Although this berth for sale is one of the smaller superyacht berths in the marina some of the world’s coolest superyachts are often spotted in Port Vauban during the Mediterranean season. Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen’s Octopus and Roman Abramovich's former yacht  Ecstasea have both spent extended periods of time in Port Vauban.

The marina’s position makes it the perfect starting point for exploring the stunning Côte d'Azur. No matter whether you want to discover the top restaurants in the French Riviera or join in the celebrity parties during the Cannes Film Festival Port Vauban can provide a great base. Port Vauban’s location also means that there is a host of boating facilities nearby.

The marina also offers electricity, fresh water, refuse dump facilities, fuelling and blackwater treatment on some berths, as well as security and maritime police.

The berth for sale is handily located on Mole Est which is close to the Capitainerie. The lease for the berth will expire on December 31, 2021.

Berth number 345 is for sale with Y.CO, now asking €295,000.
