A €600,000 price drop has been announced on the 31-metre Leopard Yachts motor yacht Jade, listed for sale with Rodion Burduzhan of Arcon Yachts.
Built by GRP in 2008, Jade was delivered as hull number eight in the yard's 31 Sport series. Andrea Bacigalupo handled both the design and naval architecture, while Rodriguez created her light, modern interiors.
The motor yacht is decked in light interior colours, with pastels dominating the main saloon. Two large sofas sit aft of the helm in the open-plan layout, with a dining table for eight completing the space.
Accommodation is for up to seven guests in four en suite cabins, including a master suite, VIP cabin, a double and a twin cabin with a Pullman berth.
Al fresco dining can be found on the main deck aft with a dark polished wood table paired with deck chairs and a banquette. Further aft of this, a row of sunpads faces out towards the sea as a prime relaxing spot on board.
Further lounging space is provided on the foredeck with a cluster of sunpads sitting on the bow.
Boasting the top five per cent speed in the world, she has triple 1,800hp MTU engines linked to KaMeWa water jets, giving a maximum speed of 38 knots.
Currently located in Tivat, Montenegro, Jade is now asking €1,900,000.
