The 31-metre Northstar Yachts motor yacht Besame has been sold in an in-house deal with Neal Esterly of Fraser representing both the seller and the buyer.
Built to be the family’s personal yacht in the United States of America, she was delivered in 2001 and designed by Jack Sarin, who also completed the naval architecture, with her most recent refit in 2026. Meanwhile, her interiors were penned by Catherine Michael and Keith Huzyak. Her broker notes that "with sea-kindly comfort, quietness, and efficiency, Besame is a rare find on the market."
Her interior, finished in medium-toned cherry wood joinery, has a relaxed feel. The bright, airy main saloon features neutral soft furnishings and large side windows that frame expansive views. An open-plan layout brings together a seating area and dining table, creating an easy flow between relaxation and entertaining.
The motor yacht can accommodate up to six guests across three cabins alongside two additional cabins for up to five crew members.
Out on the main deck, a dining area for eight guests is situated around a built-in wooden table with a soft banquette sweeping the aft deck. The cosy corner can be used for both dining and relaxing under the shade of the overhang.
Up a level, the flybridge features a built-in bench paired with a coffee table to accompany the helm. The sundeck to the aft is designed for entertaining large groups and is complemented by a grill and seating area.
The motor yacht can reach a maximum speed of 23 knots and can cruise at 12 knots and is "amazingly economical", according to her broker, with a 2000 nautical mile range at 10.5 knots.
Besame was last asking $2,895,000.
