A new joint central agency has been announced on the 35-metre Benetti motor yacht DXB, now listed for sale with Lara Radaelli of Royal Yachts International and Elis Melia of Royal Yachts Dubai.
Delivered in 2003, she was built in GRP by Italian yard Benetti to a design by Stefano Righini and interiors by Francois Zuretti, featuring cherry wood panelling throughout.
A comprehensive 2025 refit has brought her to a new condition, with custom-made furniture, leather accents, gold-plated fixtures and premium linens throughout, along with a new teak sundeck, a new tender and upgraded entertainment and audio systems.
The interiors are executed in a signature Hermès decor with full panoramic glazing to allow the space to be filled with natural light.
The saloon is open plan, with the lounge area situated aft and formal dining forward, seating eight guests. A full wet bar, also forward of the lounge area, comes complete with fitted bar stools.
The motor yacht accommodates 10 guests in five cabins. The master suite runs the full beam of the main deck, pairing a king-size bed and en suite bath and shower with a scale rarely found below flybridge yachts of similar length.
Two queen cabins and two twin cabins complete the guest layout, each with a private en suite. Additionally, there are crew quarters for up to seven across four cabins.
The saloon leads out onto a shaded aft deck, complete with a banquette and coffee tables for relaxed entertaining.
In the upper saloon, styled by Ralph Lauren, guests can find a full bar, comfortable sofas, a games table and a retractable plasma screen television.
Moving through the double doors, al fresco dining options and seating are featured, perfect for entertaining throughout the day and warm Mediterranean evenings.
Up top, the panoramic sundeck features comfortable seating beneath a sunshade, a barbecue, a bar, a fridge and sun loungers. A main feature on the deck is the round spa pool, circled by sunpads and soft seating.
Twin Caterpillar diesel engines give her a range of 1,300 nautical miles, and she is fitted with Naiad zero-speed stabilisers. She can read a maximum speed of 14 knots and can cruise at 10 knots.
DXB is asking €4,600,000.
