27m Wally Casa and 27m Lynx Playa offered for sale as primary and support yacht pairing

The 27.3-metre Wally Casa and her 27.4-metre Lynx support yacht Playa – conceived by the same owner – are now being offered at reduced prices, presenting a rare opportunity to acquire a primary yacht and support vessel as a complementary fleet. The yachts are listed for sale with Samuel Artmann of Burgess and will be available to view at the upcoming Cannes Yachting Festival, where Playa will be on display while Casa will be available at anchor.

The pairing was conceived around the idea of extending what a primary yacht can offer. Casa was originally acquired as the owner's main yacht, with a design centred on outdoor living, entertaining and an open-air lifestyle. Playa was subsequently built to provide additional storage, toy-carrying capacity and operational flexibility, effectively extending the capabilities of the main yacht.

While each can be acquired independently, the two vessels offer a particularly unusual proposition together: a primary yacht with the additional space and capability of a dedicated support yacht, allowing the owner to keep Casa's guest areas focused on living and entertaining while Playa handles the equipment and activities associated with a more adventurous programme.

Built by Wally in 2016, Casa was designed by Luca Bassani and reflects the Italian brand's minimalist approach to open-air living. Expansive glazing provides bright interiors and 360-degree sea views, while two generous decks provide extensive outdoor space. A forward jacuzzi and large sunpads are complemented by an owner's suite with sliding doors opening directly onto Wally's signature sea terrace.

Accommodation is for up to eight guests in three cabins. Twin Caterpillar engines give Casa a top speed of 12 knots and a range of 3,800 nautical miles at 10 knots.

Playa, meanwhile, was delivered in 2019 by Lynx Yachts with naval architecture developed by Diana Yacht Design. Bernd Weel Design was responsible for the exterior design, combining substantial working deck space with facilities intended to make extended time on board comfortable.

Her expansive aft deck and beach-club-style arrangement can accommodate tenders, toys, vehicles and adventure equipment, while a main lounge and VIP cabin provide space for up to three guests. A dedicated gym, sauna, steam room and hyperbaric wellness chamber add a more unusual dimension to the support yacht's specification.

Together, the two yachts for sale can operate as a flexible platform for cruising, watersports and extended adventures, with Playa's additional capacity allowing Casa to retain its emphasis on guest space and outdoor living.

Casa is asking €5,950,000, while Playa is asking €4,950,000.
