CL Yachts' first catamaran CLC115 enters brokerage market

The 36.1-metre CL Yachts motor yacht model known as CLC115 has joined the brokerage market with Carmen Lau of Camper & Nicholsons.

CLC115 represents a significant milestone for the Hong Kong-based shipyard as its first-ever catamaran project. With a 10.5-metre beam, the vessel provides extensive interior and exterior deck spaces.

Exterior design is by Incat Crowther, marking a new collaboration for CL Yachts. According to the broker, the Australian studio brings recognised expertise in commercial and explorer-grade performance vessels, with particular specialisation in multihull architecture. The interiors were penned by Supertomato Studio and showcase a neutral palette throughout.

The main deck incorporates a convertible guest space that allows for multiple configurations, such as a gym, massage room or nursery.

A distinctive onboard feature is the swim platform at water level, which transforms into a waterfront terrace when the bulwarks fold down and serves dual purposes as both a water sports hub and a relaxed lounge area.

The foredeck houses a spa pool, while aft deck areas transition between dining, lounging and entertainment zones. An open-plan arrangement connects saloons, dining areas and exterior terraces, with panoramic glazing maintaining visual connection to the surrounding water.

Accommodation is for 12 guests across six cabins. The full-beam owner's suite is positioned on the main deck and includes a large wardrobe, double-sink bathroom, vanity area and desk space. Four additional en suite cabins are located on the mid deck. There are separate quarters for a crew of four.

A discreet Smart Home system manages climate control, lighting and core daily functions throughout the vessel.

The yacht for sale is powered by twin MAN 1300hp engines, delivering a cruising speed of 10 knots and a maximum speed of 18 knots. Optional hybrid propulsion and solar capability systems are available for enhanced efficiency and environmental consideration. The catamaran's shallow 1.6-metre draught enables access to restricted anchorages and shallow cruising grounds.

Comprehensive warranties cover 10 years on hull structure and two years on components and equipment. With an estimated delivery time of 18-20 months from contract signing, the CLC115 is currently asking $13,000,000.
