The 35.8-metre Palmer Johnson sailing yacht Knickerbocker has been newly listed for sale with Dirk Johnson of Edmiston.
Built in the United States of America by Palmer Johnson and delivered in 1992, the cruising ketch yacht benefits from a recent refit in 2025. She was designed by Sparkman & Stephens, who also completed the naval architecture whilst her interior was designed by John Munford.
The main saloon, finished in American cherry with teak and holly soles, offers a warm and elegant atmosphere. The room features an oval coffee table positioned between two curved settees, while opposite is a formal dining area for eight, centred around a high-gloss black walnut table inlaid with cherry, ebony and brass.
Forward, the master cabin features an adjustable king-sized berth with an en suite bathroom. Located forward of the master cabin are two guest cabins each fitted with twin single berths, both with en suite bathrooms. She can also hold up to six crew members.
The pilothouse above features a lounging area with built-in sofas and coffee tables. This area can also be used for another dining area, with panoramic views surrounding the room.
The yacht for sale is powered by a Caterpillar engine, which allows for a speed of 9.5 knots while cruising.
