The 37.2-metre Flagship Yachts motor yacht Serenity has been sold, with IYC’s sales and charter consultant Mark Elliott, Seakeepers and Reel Deal Yachts facilitating the transaction - a sale that was successfully concluded in less than two months.
Serenity was built in 1993 by the Greek shipyard. Designed by Overing Yacht Designs, she is described by her broker as “a standout example of American yacht craftsmanship” and offered in “immaculate, turnkey condition".
Her all-aluminum, semi-displacement hull delivers superior stability, efficiency and performance for a yacht of her size, while significant refits in 2014 and 2017 have thoroughly modernised her systems and interiors without diminishing her classic character.
Inside, refined living spaces by Robin Rose & Associates feature warm woods and soothing neutral tones. A key highlight is the impressive on-deck, full-beam master suite - again, an amenity typically reserved for much larger yachts - supplemented by three additional ensuite cabins, including a full-beam VIP.
Outdoors, Serenity’s profile is punctuated by generous walk-around decks. A spacious sundeck is designed for dining, lounging and entertaining.
Serenity was offered at a price available on request.
