A new joint central agency has been announced on the 37.2-metre Ocean Alexander motor yacht Dreams, now listed for sale with Josh Gulbranson of Fraser and Scott Roberton of MarineMax. The change comes alongside a price drop of $1,000,000, bringing her asking price down from $17,900,000 to $16,900,000.
Built in Taiwan to a design by Evan K. Marshall, her black and cream interiors were penned by the same name, alongside naval architecture developed in-house. The motor yacht was delivered in 2022 as one of 10 37L yachts.
Stepping onto the yacht, the contemporary main saloon offers a minimalist style characterised by creams and blacks on a light wooden floor. The large sofa and armchairs face a pull-down television and the space itself is flanked by windows, allowing natural light to fill in.
In the same open-plan layout, a dining table for eight sits adjacent to double doors out onto the deck, creating an indoor-outdoor feeling.
Accommodation on board is for 10 guests across five en suite cabins, including a full-beam, on-deck master suite with 180-degree panoramic windows.
Shaded al fresco dining can be enjoyed on the main deck aft, with two tables paired with a U-shaped built-in sofa and a bar to complete the social space.
Forward, a seating area is tucked into the bow, with two sofas facing each other paired with coffee tables for an alternative lounging spot.
Another formal entertaining space is located on the upper deck, with a circle of sofas centred around a coffee table as well as a small round games table.
Through double doors, an expansive deck offers an al fresco entertaining space, with soft furnishings, a bar, grill and sunbeds.
Up top, the sundeck offers a built-in sofa and dining area under a hard rooftop, facing a spa pool flanked by sunpads and positioned to enjoy panoramic views.
Down at sea level, the beach club has a sofa tucked in before opening out onto the large swim platform.
The yacht for sale can reach a maximum speed of 24 knots and can cruise at 17 knots.
Dreams is now asking $16,900,000.
