€1M price drop on 48m CRN motor yacht Azul V

29 October 2026 • Written by Éilis Cronin

A €1,000,000 price drop has been announced on the 48.2-metre CRN motor yacht Azul V, listed for sale with Wing Hoong Chia of Burgess.

Built in steel and aluminium and delivered from the Italian yard's Ancona facilities in 1996, she spent several years as a family and charter yacht before undergoing an extensive and award-winning restoration in 2015, including new teak decks, improved technical spaces, new crew areas and a new AV system.

Her classic, all-white exterior, penned by the late Paolo Scanu, exceptional volume and a proven charter record make her "a compelling purchase in the highly sought-after sub-50-metre market", according to her broker.

Azul V is now asking €5,900,000

Her interiors were penned by Francois Zuretti, who opted for warm woods and an inviting cream colour palette to characterise the build. Large, ornate furniture adorns her main deck saloon and forward dining area, including a 10-seater dining table.

Accommodation is for up to 11 guests across a six-cabin layout, including an owner's cabin forward on the main deck with his-and-hers en suites, a walk-in wardrobe, sofa, vanity table and separate office area.

A VIP suite is located on the lower deck with his-and-hers bathrooms, a walk-in wardrobe and a lounge. A double cabin on the main deck, two twin cabins on the lower deck and a single bridge deck cabin complete her accommodation offering.

Storage for two large tenders is found aft of the main deck. Guests choosing to remain on board are treated to a commodious lounge area on her upper deck, featuring numerous seating options and a TV.

Further aft is a shaded second dining table for up to eight guests, plus comfortable sofas and chairs with smaller coffee tables - ideal for al fresco entertaining whatever the weather. Up top, her generous sundeck is equipped with a Jacuzzi, bar, sun pads and gym equipment, providing a truly versatile space to relax or keep fit.

The yacht for sale is powered by two 2,285hp Deutz engines and can reach a maximum speed of 16 knots, with a cruising speed of 12 knots.

Lying in Malaysia before heading to Phuket, Thailand, for the winter, Azul V is now asking €5,900,000.
