A new central agency has been announced on the 38-metre Ocean Pacifico motor yacht Ligaya, now listed for sale with Tim Langmead of Fraser.
Delivered in 2002, the motor yacht was built in the Philippines by Ocean Pacifico to a design by Diana Yacht Design, who also completed the naval architecture. Her timeless interiors are owed to Kate Cannon. The broker noted that the current owner replanked the teak decking, amongst other improvements, in the past three years.
Accommodation on board is for 10 guests across five staterooms, including a master stateroom and a VIP cabin and upper deck stateroom, all equipped with en suites, as well as a guest double stateroom and a guest twin stateroom. She can also hold up to six crew members.
Stepping inside, the yacht offers an open-plan main deck where the main saloon and dining area blend to create a social space for entertaining large groups.
Meanwhile, the upper saloon offers a further seating arrangement accompanied by a bar area. This space can also be turned into a home cinema.
The sundeck is fit for al fresco dining, complete with a barbecue, built-in furnishings and sun loungers, all under the cover of a large sun shade. The deck also features a forward-facing hot tub flanked by sunpads.
The yacht for sale was built for long-range cruising. Her Caterpillar main engines give her a 2,500 nautical mile range and allow for top speeds of 14 knots and a cruising speed of 11 knots.
Ligaya is asking €2,700,000.
