The 45-metre Holland Jachtbouw sloop Mirasol has rejoined the brokerage market with Simon Goldsworthy of Edmiston.
Built in aluminium and delivered in 2014 by the Dutch yard to a design by Bill Dixon, Mirasol is a high-performance cruiser and features a telescopic keel that allows her to reach some of the shallowest harbours of the Mediterranean.
Built to Lloyd's class, she has been regularly serviced, with new teak decks added in 2018 and her most recent refit in 2020, which included new carbon fibre spars, carbon rigging and a new North 3Di sail wardrobe. As part of her 2023 upkeep, Mirasol had her main engine serviced at 6,000 hours and her generators serviced at 14,000 hours.
A hydraulic bimini has also been incorporated into the yacht’s structure above the cockpit, which raises and lowers in a similar way to the roof of a hardtop convertible car.
Key onboard areas of this sailing yacht for sale include a large, comfortable cockpit perfect for al fresco dining. With interior design by Rhoades Young, the styling is minimalist and her saloon features an L-shaped sofa, coffee tables and a dining area. She comes with a 42-inch flatscreen television with an antenna system and surround sound, plus a Lantic AV system with integrated operation and control system.
Accommodation is for 10 guests across four cabins, including an owner’s suite forward with two double beds, a walk-in wardrobe and en suite with a large shower and bath. There is also a double cabin to port and a twin cabin to starboard (with an extra Pullman berth). A study also doubles as a fourth cabin with an L-shaped sofa that can convert into a double bed. All guest cabins, including the study, come with en suite bathrooms.
Assisted power comes from a Volvo D16 MH engine, propelling her to a cruising speed of 12 knots. She comes with a full set of water toys, including 5.7-metre Williams 565 Jet tender with a Yanmar 4BY3 engine, two full sets of scuba diving gear and a dive compressor and 12 sets of snorkelling gear.
Lying in Loano, Italy, Mirasol is asking €7,900,000 (excluding VAT).
