The 55-metre Heesen motor yacht Lady JJ has been sold with the seller represented by Thom Conboy and Chris Collins of Ocean Independence and the buyer represented by Bill Powers of 26 North Yachts.

Built of steel and aluminium by Dutch yard Heesen, Lady JJ was delivered in 2012 to an exterior and interior design by Omega Architects and has been consistently maintained since, with a refit in 2018. Accommodation is for up to 14 guests in six cabins comprising a main deck master suite, full-beam VIP suite, two doubles and two twins.

Lady JJ was asking $39,900,000

Alongside extensive interior volumes, she also boasts superb exterior spaces which were designed to maximise guests’ experiences.

The sun deck offers multiple relaxation areas with a custom mosaic spa pool forward and a social seating and sunbathing area aft, both benefiting from extensive views while underway or at anchor. Between them, an enclosed gym and spa area – complete with a steam room, sauna and massage room – not only create the perfect indoor-outdoor area for relaxation but also confer privacy, as well as wind protection to the aft deck spa.

The upper aft deck offers both a large, al fresco dining area and an expansive aft seating area, while the main deck has an additional seating and entertaining area, both with built-in settees and loose furniture. Care has been taken to ensure a seamless flow between interior and exterior spaces, as well as between each deck.

Twin MTU diesel engines give her a top speed of 15 knots, pared back to 13 knots while cruising. She is also fitted with Naiad at-anchor stabilisers for enhanced guest comfort.

Lady JJ was asking $39,900,000.
