$600,000 price drop on sailing yacht Aventure

The 28.5 metre sailing yacht Aventure, listed for sale by Hugo Van Schaik at Northrop & Johnson, has had a further $600,000 price reduction.

Custom built in Indonesia in Indonesian teak and Burmese mahogany by HJ Baso to a design by Patrick Balta, she was commissioned by a French family keen to circumnavigate the globe and delivered in 2011. All fittings and decorative elements are custom-built. Below deck, Aventure is equipped with a single 400hp MAN engine, two generators and all the latest gadgets, instruments and facilities expected on a yacht of her size and style.

Aventure is now asking $1,200,000

Accommodation is for six guests and she features a large master suite and two double guest staterooms, each with queen-sized beds. All cabins are equipped with wardrobes and en-suite showers. The master suite additionally features a small desk and working area and has its own entrance on the yacht's aft side. The other two guest cabins are accessible from the main saloon.

Centrally located in the middle of this yacht for sale is the spacious lounge area with a small library and a dining table, which comfortably seats six guests. On the starboard side, opposite a sofa, is the central navigation station, from where the captain controls all major instruments.

Lying in Phuket, Thailand, Aventure is down to $1,200,000.
