A major €10,920,000 price drop has been announced on the 60-metre Lürssen motor yacht Caipirinha, now listed for sale under a new joint central agency with Alex Banning of SuperYachtsMonaco and Cornelius Gerling and Alex Busher of Edmiston. She was last asking €50,820,000 in February 2025, according to BOATPro.
The 60-metre rejoined the market in January 2025 following significant refit works in 2024, including repainting, completing her 15-year special survey and other technical upgrades. Delivered by German shipyard Lürssen in 2009, the voluminous 1,182GT motor yacht was constructed in steel and aluminium to a design by Espen Øino International. The Lloyd's classed build picked up the coveted Neptune for Motor Yacht of the Year at the 2010 World Superyacht Awards.
Caipirinha can accommodate 12 guests in six spacious cabins, including a full-beam owner’s suite on the main deck, a VIP cabin on the upper deck and four guest cabins on the lower deck. Meanwhile, crew quarters accommodate up to 15.
Her interior by Mark Berryman is finished with warm woods and contemporary finishes, with a palette of neutral colours and tactile fabrics.
Oversized windows fill Caipirinha with abundant natural light, while each guest cabin is finished with low noise and state-of-the-art electric blinds for privacy. As well as featuring oversized attributes, the layout is described by the brokers as "versatile, catering to a variety of social gatherings", including a formal saloon that can be converted to a cinema via a hidden screen and projector.
On the exterior, there is ample space for socialising across the three decks. The main deck is a popular gathering spot with a bar and a large sofa. Elsewhere, the sundeck comes with a Jacuzzi, gym, an onyx-topped bar and a casual lounge area with uninterrupted panoramic views.
Further aft, a seating area incorporates a widescreen television screen and has all the facilities for al fresco dining, complementing the 14-seater formal dining room. Meanwhile, a pair of 7.5-metre Vikal tenders stow behind shell doors on the lower deck aft, forward of the large swimming platform.
Powered by twin Caterpillar 1,979hp diesel engines, the MCA-compliant yacht for sale has a transoceanic range of 7,000 nautical miles. With a cruising speed of 12 knots and a top speed of 15.5 knots, she also boasts zero-speed stabilisers for comfort.
Caipirinha is now asking €39,900,000.
