The 80 metre berth at the International Yacht Club of Antibes, listed for sale by Stuart Larsen and Josh Gulbranson at Fraser Yachts, has now been sold in an in-house deal.

The International Yacht Club of Antibes (IYCA) is based in Port Vauban, France, which is the largest marina in Europe, featuring a heliport within the port and often hosting some of the worlds largest yachts. It combines the architecture of what once was the stronghold of King Louis XIV’s fleet with the design of some of the most modern yachts of our time.

Stuart Larsen comments, ‘Rarely does such a prime dockage opportunity become available in the world’s premier marina with 24 hour security, private heliport, excellent parking and other services befitting the world’s most important large yachts. Exclusive, innovative and secure, there are only 19 berths in this special location.’

The 80m berth at the International Yacht Club of Antibes was asking €5.95 million.
