News of new build yachts for sale continues to come in thick and fast as George M. Hapipis at A1 Yacht Trade Consortium calls to say that he's listed for sale the 76.2m motor yacht Elements, scheduled for delivery in 2012.

Being built at the Yachtley yard in Turkey to Lloyds class and full SOLAS certification as a passenger vessel, she is currently configured as accommodating 24 guests in 12 cabins but this could reach 36 guests should a new owner desire. Along with many other attractions, this superyacht will feature a dedicated beach club, Quantum stabilisers, a full beam kitchen, a pastry shop and outside air conditioning. Twin 3000hp MTU engines will give Elements a minimum range of 3,500 nautical miles.
